Attendees will learn how to customize a business plan for their organization and how to effectively implement each facet of the plan.
July 23 - 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Plan the Work - Work the Plan #2 Creating and Implementing a Marketing Plan Sponsored by the Hoopeston Economic Council	The second installment in Lane's Plan the Work workshop series, sponsored by the Hoopeston Economic Council. In this workshop, Lane discusses the marketing plan: why you need one, how to write it and, most importantly, how to effectively implement it. Includes information on low-cost, no-cost marketing.
July 28 - 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Hoopeston Chamber of Commerce - Quarterly Luncheon	Lane will give the keynote address at the Chamber's quarterly luncheon. The subject is one near and dear to Lane's heart: Servant-Leadership.
